Hehehe...arini 01/04/2012 adelah ulang tahun kelahiran aku yg ke-24 tahun. N then, aku sndiri xwish lg bezday pada diri sndiri...maklum laaa, bz sgt dgn wish drp member2 utk diri aku nih...hee~ s0, arini aku wish lah diri aku yg aku rase best sgt2 nie... :-)

Melangkah ke usia 24 tahun, aku rase aku semakin dewasa dan matang...0r dlm erti kata sbenarnye, aku rase lbey TUA! Bile sebut pasal tua, aku rase byk lg prkara yg aku bl0m achieve dlm life aku. At this age, aku still lg xdpt nk bt mcm2 prkara yg aku ingin dlm id0p aku. Aku still kurg dlm bberapa aspek...tp aku xlah anggap ianye 1 kegagalan. Well...'LIFE is a JOURNEY, n0t a DESTINATION' rite??

Okey..if i were t0 lo0k d'other way r0und, drp mbilang byk prkara yg bl0m d'capai, aku bsyukur kpd ALLAH SWT bc0z sbenarnye LEBIH BANYAK prkara dah aku capai dlm id0p ni as c0mpared to d'earlier...start mule2 dlu aku xthu jahit org, skrg aku dah expert jahit org...hehe~...n then mcm2 lg lah. So, instead of feeling bad ab0ut all those thing which i have yet t0 achieve, n owned fr0m my life's wishlist, i better be grateful... a l0t! That why, aku yakin ALLAH SWT thu ape yg tbaik utk hambaNya...10q Ya ALLAH!!!

Turn aku clerking patient for clinical practical (in GH Penang)! Tahu ape prkara yg pling d'geruni bile giliran tuh sampai???
Mai nak citer sat...

1st skali of course la bile nk approach patient tuh..
"Selamat pagi uncle...saya student MA. Boleh saya tanya uncle beberapa soalan? Lepas tu, kalau boleh saya nak buat pemeriksaan fizikal sikit kat uncle...boleh tak?"

Then, kne senyum ar cikit...biar nmpak keramahan tuh...hee~ Tp klau kne REJECT nasib arr...

2nd, masa nk c0ntact AMO yg incharge utk confirmkn presentation...nk msg kew nk call? Msg atau call??
Fuhhh...itu p0n 1 masalah gak! Ade AMO yg lbey suke klau stdnt call...tp ade jgk AMO yg lbey senang klau stdnt msg jew. So, klau call punye la b'sungguh2 practice ayat tuh dulu b4 nk dail n0.fon AMO tu...and klau nk msg plak punye lew proper ayat yg d'gunakn...siap full spelling lg tuh...!

3rd, of course la saat dan ketikanya nk present case tu...mcm2 d0a aku bce b4 nk mule. Contohnye, d0a penenang jiwa la, d0a supaya d'permudahkn urusan la..d0a bg AMO lembut hati laa..huhuhu~
Bukan ape, mcm2 ragam AMO yg ade! Ade yg jenis ckp xhenti...ade yg jenis mntak stiap s0rg comment presentati0n member...ade plak yg jenis bertanye jew kejenye...

Yg pasti, smue s0aln tuh mmg bakal d'tnye! Itu bru bab hist0ry taking...bl0m msok physical examinati0n (PE) lg...

4th, PE...

"Give me the pathophysiology for this finding?"

Bla...bla...bla...and then time nk perf0rm PE tuh, p0n tgn bley terketar2 lg...uisyyy!
Yg pasti, sape yg present case mggu tuh wajib stdy lbey ar psal case tu. And then, time presentati0n lg ar berpeluh!! Nasib baik la unif0rm wrne putih...klau tidak obvious lew blakang bju tuh basah...hoho00ooho!

Oopsss...bl0m hbis lg citernye!
Tibe plak mase utk siapkn case rep0rt...mane yg xlengkap, kne lengkapkn. Mane points yg kne sho0t dgn AMO, bt0l2kn...yg penting, case rep0rt complete and submit ON TIME!

Last skali adalh wktu mgambil smule case rep0rt yg sudah siap d'periksa...markah?????
Fail~~~clerk case balik...haha,
Pass~~~Alhamdulillah, bley ms0kkn markah kt dlm log bo0k..hee~

So, conclusi0nnye...
Rjin2 la menjenguk case kt h0spital tuh...jgn bile dah sampai turn nk clerk, barulah terhegeh2! (teguran pedas utk diri aku sndiri...wawaaaaa...)

P/s :- Teringat kata2 se0rang Dr Pakar Ortopedik wktu aku sem5 dulu (skarang  aku sem6...hehe~)...

Hahahaha~~hepy k0t...syok taw bt keje lewat2 mlm mcmni! Stay up bt research (HSR), case clerking, n case study...sunyi n nyaman jew aku rse pada saat ini...hehe...xde gangguan! Ditambah plak dgn bantuan White Coffie Kapal Api...fuuhhh,mmg bt0l2 kaw! Gerenti mata xsepet n yawning..
